Learn moreWorkshops
A single session is often the easiest way to start. Every session is adapted to your context.
Differentiation in action
Practical, low-preparation ways to plan for different readiness levels, learning profiles, and interests. Teachers work on their own lesson or unit plans and redesign part of an upcoming lesson.
2 to 3 hoursMindset matters
How the language we use and the relationships we build affect belonging, engagement, and achievement.
1.5 to 2 hoursSupporting shifts that stick
Why change efforts stall, and how leaders can align systems, coaching, and follow-up so new practice lasts.
2 to 3 hoursUsing data without overwhelm
Simple formative checks and reflection routines that make classroom data useful for daily planning. Teachers design exit tickets and a weekly data-to-action cycle.
1.5 to 2 hoursHow we work with you
A first conversation
We talk about your goals, your people, and what you have tried so far.
Find out what is needed
Interviews, surveys, or listening sessions, scaled to the size of the work.
Design and deliver
Sessions built around real tasks, delivered in person, online, or by your own trainers.
Follow up
We check in with managers and participants to see what changed, and adjust.
Recent work with schools
Student learning communities, Grades 3 to 6
Leaders and teachers agreed on the key systems and routines, identified priority areas for further support, and left with a phased implementation plan for the following year.
Relationships and behaviour support at an international school
Grade-level teams reported fewer behaviour problems and a clearer sense of how to respond to student needs as they arise.

Do you work with schools outside the UAE?
Yes. KZ has partnered with schools in Panama, Egypt, Venezuela, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. We work in person and online.
Can you run a whole professional learning day?
Yes. A common format is a whole-staff opening session followed by smaller sessions for primary, secondary, and leadership teams.
Do teachers work on their own materials?
Yes. Teachers bring their own units, lessons, or student work, so they leave with something they can use the next day.
