Managers are often promoted for their expertise and then expected to lead without support. We help them build the everyday skills that make teams work: clear communication, useful feedback, and confident presentation.
Programmes combine short workshops with practice on real situations and one-on-one coaching between sessions.

Our experience
KZ coaches school leaders one-on-one and runs workshops on feedback and systems thinking. Keri Zeller also teaches public speaking and presentation skills at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, and taught leadership and public speaking at NYU Abu Dhabi Summer Academy.
