Training, onboarding, and AI upskilling for organisations, schools, and universities in the UAE.
KZ Development & Consulting is a learning and development consultancy in Abu Dhabi. We begin each project by finding out what people need to do differently in their jobs, and we build the training around that.
Since 2024, KZ has partnered with schools in Panama, Egypt, Venezuela, Turkey, and the United Kingdom, and our programmes have reached more than 1,000 educators.
For organisations
For HR and L&D leads and managers: when new staff take too long to settle in, managers need support to lead, teams are starting to use AI, or training has outgrown informal arrangements.

Student learning communities, Grades 3 to 6
A partner school wanted to build student-centred learning communities in Grades 3 to 6, where students have more voice, agency, and ownership of their learning. Some elements were already in place, but there was no shared model.
KZ ran a two-day workshop series for leaders and teachers, then stayed on site to coach early practice in classrooms. Leaders and teachers agreed on the key systems and routines, identified priority areas for further support, and left with a phased implementation plan for the following year.
