KZ Development & Consulting was founded in 2024 by Keri Zeller to bring careful, evidence-based learning design to organisations, schools, and universities.
What we believe
Training is only worth the time if people work differently afterwards. That is why we listen before we design, build sessions around real tasks, and plan the follow-up before the first workshop.
Our approach draws on backward design and adult learning research, and on our team's years inside universities, international schools, and growing organisations in North America, Europe, Latin America, Central Asia, and the Gulf.
