Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data KZ Development & Consulting ("KZ", "we") collects through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it. KZ is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, and no analytics or advertising tracking. It does not set cookies. The fonts are stored on our own site, so your browser does not contact a font service when you visit.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests a page, for security and to keep the service running. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details.

When you contact us

If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our work with you.

Email is handled by Google Workspace, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Downloads

Our free downloads do not require you to give us any personal data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@kzdandc.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we add features such as a contact form or analytics, we will update this page first.
