Keri Zeller
Founder & Learning Design Consultant
Keri founded KZ Development & Consulting in 2024. She has more than 18 years of experience in learning design, professional development, and training in the United States, Albania, Mexico, Uzbekistan, and the UAE.
Her work focuses on what happens after training: whether people use what they learned. She is known for starting with needs analysis and data, designing sessions around real tasks, and planning follow-up from the start. She is a former IB coordinator and has worked across the IB continuum.

Background
Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, 2026 to present
Instructor in public speaking, literature review, and report writing for more than 150 students each semester. Partners with faculty on AI integration and serves on the AI, Policy, and Quality Assurance committees.
O'Bilim, 2023 to 2025
Co-founder and Chief Learning Officer. Designed a full trilingual video curriculum on digital skills, wrote every script, presented on camera, and managed the external production company.
Tashkent International School, 2022 to 2024
Served on the Innovative Technology and AI Policy Committee. Ran listening sessions on staff AI use, co-designed department-specific AI training, and helped write the school's K–12 AI policy.
Webster University Tashkent, 2019 to 2022
Head of Faculty Training & Development and Student Success. Founded both departments for more than 175 faculty and 40 staff, with needs assessments, competency frameworks, an annual training calendar, LMS tracking, and support for the move to online teaching.
