Hiba has more than 16 years of experience in curriculum design, teacher training, and school compliance with ADEK regulations, with a strong background in early childhood education and K–12 instruction in Canada and the UAE.
As a former lead teacher and curriculum advisor, she has designed curriculum frameworks aligned with ADEK and international standards, led teacher training on differentiated instruction and classroom management, and advised schools on inspection readiness.
