Hiba Dahche is an accomplished educational consultant with over 16 years of experience in curriculum design, teacher training, and school compliance with ADEK (Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge) regulations. With a strong background in early childhood education and K-12 instruction, she has played a key role in enhancing school operations, teacher effectiveness, and student learning outcomes in both Canada and the UAE.
Holding a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Algonquin College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Ottawa, Hiba combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive meaningful improvements in schools. As a former lead teacher and curriculum advisor, she has successfully designed and implemented customized curriculum frameworks aligned with ADEK and international education standards, led teacher training workshops on differentiated instruction and classroom management, and advised schools on ADEK inspection readiness to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and performance standards.
